If I could chose a negative rating, I would chose that. Terrible group of people they are the worst neighbors ( as i am directly above them ) that you could wish for and they have no intention to better their business manner. they violate the rules of the building, they even threaten people who complain about their conduct (and i have videos to prove). as they are in service sector and i personally have helped to open the doors for their “customers”, they tend to ignore the most basic etiquette: say thank you (even if they don’t mean it).

They take advantage of people who doesn't speak or understand Spanish. Expensive and Worst service ever.
